When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock and will be cancelled from your order. You will be notified by email about any cancellation in this case. We will not charge you for items that are cancelled.


Delivery Charge

Free economy shipping on all orders above $50.

Expedited shipping costs are calculated by carrier automatically.


How long does it take to ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day.

The total delivery time is the sum of the production time, processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time is the time between when you place an order and when we ship it. This includes picking, quality check, and packing. It usually takes 1 business day.

Shipping time is the time carrier takes to deliver, usually 3-8 days for standard shipping and 2-3 for expedited.

For presale products, we will notify once the order is ready.

Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our shipping ETAs have been longer than usual in some cases. 

In general, items sold at Acroma can be delivered within 45 days.


What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?

Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for a re-ship or refund.


How to track the package?

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier information. You may track your package with the carrier's tracking.


I ordered more than one item, Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We will try our best to make sure all you items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since we have multiple warehouses across North America.


Can I change the delivery address of my package ?

If the package hasn’t shipped, please feel free to contact us with your new delivery address.

If the package is in transit, you may contact the carrier to modify delivery.


What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
